The Customer ID field refers to the RFID tag on your vehicle, if you were not issued an RFID tag then your Customer ID is your license plate with "-KY" or your equivalent license plate state abbreviation after your license plate.

When entering your number you MUST exclude any spaces AND include the State code. For example, if your license plate ABC 1234 and was issued by Kentucky, you should enter "ABC1234-KY".
